180例家属陪伴产妇分娩的临床观察

目的探讨家属陪伴产妇分娩对母婴健康的影响。方法产妇在待产的过程中,允许一位家属穿产房专用衣、裤,戴口罩及帽子进入家庭分娩室陪伴产妇分娩,每位产妇由1名助产士负责全程监护、接生。随机抽取180例有陪产者的产妇为观察组,抽取180例无陪产者的产妇为对照组,对两组的分娩方式及结局进行对比。结果观察组总产程较对照组明显缩短,产后出血减少显著,剖宫产率和阴道助产率明显降低,胎儿窘迫率和新生儿窒息率明显降低。结论在医院环境条件许可的情况下,家属陪产是必要的,有利于提高产时服务质量,促进母婴健康。

Observation of the Puerpera Labors 180 Cases of Families with Clinical

OBJECTIVE To study the family to accompany the puerpera labors of maternal and child health effects.METHODS In the process of maternal pub,allowing a family wear special clothing center,trousers,wearing a mask and hat into the home delivery rooms,each accompanied by puerpera puerpera labors in 1 midwife responsible for over-all monitoring,the delivery.Randomly 180 cases of Peichan person for the observation group,in the peichan 180 cases of without extraction in two groups as control group,the dilivery method were compared.RESULTS Ttotal of labor observation group was significantly shorter,postpartum hemorrhage significantly less,cesarean section rate and vaginal birth rate obviously low,fetal distress rate and neonatal asphyxia rate decreased obviously.CONCLUSION In the hospital environment permitting conditions,families peichan is necessary,improve the service quality and promote intrapartum maternal and child health.
