| 摘 要： | 目的通过对比分析自身免疫性胰腺炎（autoimmunepancreatitis,AIP）与胰腺癌（pancreaticcarcinoma）的CT特点,旨在提高自身免疫性胰腺炎（AIP）与胰腺癌的CT鉴别诊断水平。方法回顾性分析我们2006年3月-2010年8月收治的AIP患者以及胰腺癌患者各8例。AIP的诊断标准采用日本胰腺病学会的标准,胰腺癌均为手术病理证实,分析二者的CT表现,分别从以下几个方面对二者进行比较：①胰腺肿胀或局灶性密度减低及其强化方式;②被膜样边缘（腊肠征）;③血管受侵犯;④钙化;⑤假囊肿形成;⑥胰管的改变：包括胰管的狭窄及扩张和截断;⑦肾脏受累。用配对t检验进行统计学分析。结果以下CT特点在AIP与胰腺癌之间具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）：在胰腺肿胀,弥漫性强化减低、局灶性密度减低、被膜样边缘、血管受侵犯及胰管截断以及肾脏受累。结论 CT检查能够为自身免疫性胰腺炎与胰腺癌的鉴别诊断提供可靠信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess CT features in differentiating autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) from pancreatic carcinoma.
