64层CT重建技术在胫骨平台骨折诊疗中的应用价值

目的探讨64层CT多种重建技术在胫骨平台骨折的诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法收集经手术治疗的33例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床及影像学资料,所有患者术前均经X线平片检查、64层CT检查后多平面重建（MPR）和三维（3D）重建。回顾性分析33例患者的CT检查及重建图像,进行骨折分型,评估胫骨平台的劈裂及塌陷程度,并与X线平片和手术结果对照。结果 33例胫骨平台骨折的CT图像经MPR及3D重建后,骨折显示与术中所见吻合率为100%,X线平片漏诊1例。MPR能够显示骨折的细微结构,有助于骨折类型的判断。3D重建可清晰显示骨折的立体外观、关节面碎裂及塌陷的范围。结论 64层CT重建技术能直观、多方位、立体地显示胫骨平台骨折的部位、形态、类型,关节面碎裂及塌陷程度等空间信息,对选择适当的手术方式、准确的复位和内固定具有重要的参考价值。

Application of Reconstruction with multi-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis and Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures
