| 摘 要： | 目的了解上海市结防人员工作满意度,为提高工作积极性,进而提高服务效率和质量提供依据。方法对上海市7区疾控中心、定点医院及社区卫生服务中心结防人员合计858人进行问卷调查,同时抽取部分相关医务人员进行定性访谈;定量数据采取非参数检验,定性资料应用主题框架分析。结果结防人员总体满意度平均得分为3.549分（满分5分）。在总满意度、工作条件、考核制度、薪酬、社会地位和同事关系方面,三类机构之间满意度存在差异,在定性调查中对于工作负担和相对薪酬及考核指标反映较大。结论总体较满意,工作负担和薪酬是结防人员满意度得分较低的方面。建议通过适当增加结防人员数量、提高薪酬和完善考核指标提高结防人员工作满意度。
