| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血液透析患者C-反应蛋白与前白蛋白的关系。方法:检测192例维持性血液透析患者血清前白蛋白(PA)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血红蛋白等。结果:hs-CRP升高者的血清PA水平显著低于hs-CRP正常者(P<0.05)。血清PA水平与C-反应蛋白呈负相关。结论:血液透析患者普遍存在慢性炎症状态,炎症反应在营养不良中起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To identify the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein and prealbumin.Methods:Serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(Alb),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),hemoglobin and ferritin were tested in 192 mainte- nance hemodialysis patients.Results:Patients with an elevated hs-CRP level had a lower serum prealbumin compared with those whose serum hs-CRP were within the normal range(P<0.05).Serum pre-albumin had a negative correlation with hs- CRP.Conclusion:Inflammatory reaction is a common status among chronic hemodialysis patients,it plays an important role in the formation of malnutrition. |
