金针菇多糖对小鼠血清溶血素产生及抗体形成细胞的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨从金针菇多糖(FVP)中分离的成分FVP l对小鼠体液免疫的影响。方法:正常小鼠及接种S180的荷瘤小鼠,分别设FVP1的不同剂量组(5mg/kg/d,10mg/kg/d,20mg/kg/d)和空白对照组,腹腔注射给药后连续6天;第一次给药后3h 腹腔注射SRBC进行免疫,末次给药后2h,摘眼球取血和脾脏,进行小鼠血清溶血素抗体测定及脾细胞介导羊红细胞定量溶血分光光度试验(QHS)。结果:荷瘤小鼠的溶血素生成明显低于正常小鼠,QHS反应也较正常小鼠明显受抑。FVP1可不同程度地促进正常和荷瘤小鼠的溶血素生成及QHS反应。结论:荷瘤小鼠存在着体液免疫功能的下降,FVP1体内给药对机体的体液免疫功能有一定的增强作用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss on the effect of FVP1 in Flammulina Velutipes Polysaccharide on humoral immunity of mouse. Medthod:The normal mouse and the mouse inoculated S180 tumor were divided into four groups,which were 5mg/kg/d,10mg/kg/d,20mg/kg/d and the normal controlled group. The experimental animal were injected in abdominal cavity for 6 days. SRBC was injected in abdominal cavity after the first injection and the eyeball and spleen were removed after the last injection. The experiments were done,which included that serum hemloysin antibody was detected and QHS was done. Results:In the production of serum hemolysin,the mouse inoculated S180 tumor was lower than the normal,the action of QHS was inhibited. FVP1 can promoted the production of serum hemolysin and the action of QHS. Conclution:FVP1 can promoted the function of humoral immunity.
