增殖细胞核抗原在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及意义

目的:探讨PCNA在原发性胆囊癌的表达及意义。方法:34例原发性胆囊癌,8例胆囊腺瘤和10例慢性胆囊炎石蜡包埋标本,用SP免疫组织化学方法测定。结果:PCNA在原发性胆囊癌、胆囊腺瘤和慢性胆囊炎中的阳性表达指数分别为43．75±21．73％、7．98±5．19％和4．31±2．15％,原发性胆囊癌PCNA指数显著高于胆囊良性病变（P<0．01）。低分化腺癌PCNA指数显著高于高、中分化者（P<0．01）。结论:原发性胆囊癌的发生发展与细胞的异常增殖有关,PCNA可作为胆囊癌预后的重要指标。

The expression and significanci of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in primary gallbladder carcinoma (PGC)

Objactive：In order to determine the expression and significance of PCNA in PGC．Metheds：SP staining was used to study the expressions of PCNA in patients with PGC（34cases）,adenoma（8cases）,and chronic cholecystitis（10cases）．Results：The PCNA index were 43．75±; 21．73％,7．98±; 5．19％ and 4．31±; 2．15％,respectively．This index was signficantly higher inmalignant lesions than in benign diseases（P<0．01）．Concolution：The gallbladder carcinogensis is associated with the high proliferative activity．The detection of PCNA expression in PGC tissue may be useful in judging the prognosis for PGC．
