HIV/AIDS高效逆转录抗病毒治疗效果评价

目的 了解湖北省南漳县人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者(HIV)/艾滋病患者(AIDS)接受国家实施的全面免费高效逆转录抗病毒治疗效果,评价抗病毒药物的实用性。方法 综合历年AIDS病死率,病人CD4 T淋巴细胞、病毒载量、耐药性、3年存活率诸因素,从不同方面分析评价患者治疗效果。结果 经治疗后,AIDS病死率显著下降,CD4 T淋巴细胞接近正常人水平,病毒载量下降到50cp/ml以下,3年存活率高达68.97%,全面免费抗病毒治疗效果明显。结论 高效逆转录抗病毒治疗(HAVART)是延长艾滋病病人生命、提高生活质量的有效方法。但要克服耐药性。

Evaluation on Effiacy of anti - retroviral treatment of HIV/AIDS

Objective To know HIV/AIDS for the full implementation of free anti-retroviral HIV efficient therapeutic effect in Nanzhang and evaluate anti-HIV drug practicality.Methods Comprehend calendar year mortality,CD4 T lymphocytes of patients,viral load and resistance,the survival rate from three factors,analysis and evaluation of patients from different angles treatment.Results After treatment mortality declined significantly,CD4 T lymphocytes near normal viral load 50 cp/ml follow ing,three-year survival rates as high as 68.97%,revealing a comprehensive free anti-virus treatment to the good results.Conclusion Efficient anti retroviral therapy(HAVART)is the effictive method for the extention of life for AIDS patients,improve the quality of life.However,it needs to overcome drug resistance.
