| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺促排卵的临床疗效，为克罗米酚抵抗性不排卵患者寻求有效的治疗方法。方法针刺中极、关元、气海、子宫、大赫、足三里、三阴交、丰隆等穴，加服克罗米酚。结果克罗米酚抵抗性不排卵患者经上述方法治疗后，排卵率达到87．5％。结论针刺加克罗米酚治疗，对克罗米酚抵抗性不排卵患者，疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the promoting effect of acupuncture on ovulation and seek an effective method for treating clomiphene-resistant anovulation. Methods Points Zhongji, Guanyuan, Qihai, Zigong, Dahe, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao and Fenglong were acupunctured with the additional administration of clomiphene. Results The ovulation rate reached 87.5% in the patients with clomiphene-resistant anovulation after the above treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture plus clomiphene has a marked effect on clomipheneresistant anovulation. |
