子宫内膜癌的MRI诊断

目的评价MRI对子宫内膜癌的定性诊断及分期诊断价值。方法将14例经手术和病理证实的子宫内膜癌的MRI和USG检查结果采用双盲法进行分析,计算各自的敏感性、特异性和准确性,并进行比较。结果子宫内膜癌定性诊断的敏感性、特异性和准确性MRI和USG分别为77.78%/66.67%、92.31%/82.35%和83.87%/74.29%,二者之间有显著性差异。对子宫内膜癌分期的准确性MRI和USG为83.42%/72.35%,二者之间有显著性差异。结论MRI能多轴位、多序列清晰显示子宫内膜癌病灶及侵犯范围与途径,明显优于USG检查方法,MRI应成为子宫内膜癌术前常规的影像检查方法。

MRI Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the values of MRI diagnotic characterstics and the preoperative stagingof endometrial carcinoma. Methods The finding of MRI and ultrasound of endometrial carcinoma confirmed bysurgery and pathology were analysed by double blinding method. The sensitivity, specility and accuracy of MRI andultrasound were calculated and analysed. Results In diagnostic characteristics of endometrial carcinoma, thesensitivity, specility and accuracy of MRI/ultrasound were 77.78%/66.67%, 92.31%/82.35% and 83.87%/74.29%, therewere statistically significant between MRI and ultrasound, the accuracy of MRI and ultrasound were 83.42%/72.35%in the staging of endometrial carcinoma, there were statistically significant between MRI and ultrasound. ConclusionMRI imaging can show the local endometrial carcinoma and it's extension clearly on multi planes and angles.
