摘    要:目的 比较长脉冲翠绿宝石激光和强脉冲光的脱毛效果。方法 应用长脉冲翠绿宝石激光机(GL)和强脉冲光治疗仪(EL)进行脱毛治疗,详细记录两组病人的毛发再生率及术后的并发症,并进行统计学分析。结果 长脉冲激光组第二次和第三次治疗后的毛发再生率明显低于强脉冲光组(P<0.05),第五次治疗后无明显差异;强光治疗组术后出现疼痛、红斑丘疹及色素改变等并发症较长脉冲激光组明显增多(P<0.05)。结论 两种脱毛方法都能有效、持久的去除毛发,但长脉冲激光组的并发症更少,前期疗效更显著。

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect of long- pulsed alexandrite laser (GL) on hair removal with that of intense pulse light(EL). Methods Of 580 patients with unwanted facial and body hair,302 were treated with GL and 272 were treated with EL. The regeneration rates of the hair and complications were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results The regeneration rates of the hair after the second and the third treatment by GL was significanlly lower than that by EL ( P < 0.05) .There were significantly more complications including pain,erythema papule, pigmentation and so on in the treatment group with EL than that in the treatment group with GL ( P < 0.05) . Conclusions Both the GL and EL can have good effects on the hair removal. There are fewer complications and better early results in the patients treated by GL than those in the patients treated by EL.
