血管内皮生长因子受体1及孕激素受体在子宫肌瘤中的表达

摘    要:目的研究血管内皮生长因子受体1(VEGF-R1)、孕激素受体(PR)在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及其相关性,探讨二者在子宫肌瘤发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化的SP法,检测60例子宫肌瘤及肌瘤周围正常组织,正常子宫组织中PR及VEGFR1的表达,并用图象分析法测定二者的表达强度。结果60例子宫肌瘤组织中PR及VEG-FR1的表达阳性率分别为88·33%及75%,其表达均高于相应的瘤旁正常组织及正常子宫组织(P<0·01),相关性分析PR及VEGFR1表达之间存在明显关联性(P<0·01)。结论子宫肌瘤组织中PR及VEGFR1均高表达,说明二者均参与子宫肌瘤的发生发展。二者表达呈正相关,说明孕激素(P)与肌瘤内高浓度的孕激素受体(PR)结合可能通过诱导VEGF-R1的合成增加,使肌瘤血管内皮细胞对VEGF敏感性增强,促进肌瘤中血管生长,增加肌瘤血运,从而促进肌瘤生长并产生肌瘤的各种临床症状。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of PR and VEGFR1 in Uterine Leiomyoma, the correlation between them, and their role in the pathogenesis and development of UL. Methods Sixty paraffin-embedded Uterine Leiomyoma samples and their controls were tested with using immunochemistry method. Results The positive rate of PR and VEGFR1 in 60 Uterine Leiomyoma were 88.33%, 75% respectively. Their expression in the groups of Uterine Leiomyoma were higher than that of the controls(P<0.01). Moreover, there was a close correlation between PR and VEGFR1 expression levels(P<0.01). Conclusion There are high PR and VEGFR1 expression in Uterine Leiomyoma. It is possible for VEGFR1 and PR were involved in the pathogenesis of UL. Progesterone may through progesterone-receptor promote the expression of VEGF-R1 in leiomyoma, which will make vascular endothelial cells were more sensitive to VEGF. So VEGFR1 and PR may play an important role in uterine leiomyoma enlargement.
