睾丸损伤的诊断与治疗

目的为了提高睾丸损伤的诊治水平。方法回顾分析睾丸损伤18例，其中开放性损伤6例，闭合性损伤12例。通过病史、体检，16例彩色超声确诊，2例CT扫描确诊。在超声监测下非手术治疗6例，手术治疗（血肿清除、睾丸修补或睾丸切除）12例。结果无死亡病例，无并发症发生，随访0．5～4．0年，病人性功能及生殖功能正常。结论彩色超声检查是判断睾丸损伤程度及损伤变化的重要方法，积极早期手术探查可最大限度保存睾丸组织，减少并发症发生。

Diagnosis and treatment of testicular injury

Objective] To improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for testicular injury. Method] 18 patiets with testieular injury were diagnosed by traumie history, physical examinating and ultrasound or CT scanning. 6 patients were treated by non-operating and 12 eases were operated. Results] No death and complication were oecured. The sexual and reproductive function were normal for 1/2-4 years following-up. Conclusions] Utrasound scanning is a important method for evaluating severity and variation of testicular injury. Operation in time can it possible to conserve more testieular tissue and reduce complication.
