| 摘 要： | 目的 :掌握大学生心理健康状况 ,为心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法 :运用SCL - 90量表对 2 0 0 0级 1187名医学生进行测试。结果 :2 0 0 0级医学生的各因子均分和总均分都高于全国常模 ,单项因子分≥ 3检出率累计为35 .3 % ;女生抑郁、恐怖因子均分高于男生 ,而男生敌对因子均分高于女生 ;并轨生总均分高于新高职。结论 :应针对不同的群体采取不同的措施 ,大力加强大学生心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the mental health of medical students and provide scientific basis for mental health education. Methods 1187 medical students in grade 2000 were tested with Symptom Checklist_90. Results Factor mean and total mean of the surveyed students were higher than those of the Chinese norm. Total prevalence was 35.3%. Girls were more likely to suffer from depresson and phobia than boys, while they were less hostile than boys. Medical college students scored higher than medical vocational students did in total mean. Conclusion The mental health eductaion should be emphasized for different students with corresponding measures. |
