HPLC法同时测定强阳保肾丸中淫羊藿苷和补骨脂素的含量

目的建立HPLC法同时测定强阳保肾丸中淫羊藿苷和补骨脂素含量的方法。方法采用Phenomen kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-体积分数为0.05%的磷酸溶液(体积比为25∶75)进行等度洗脱,检测波长:270 nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果淫羊藿苷质量浓度在0.509~20.400 mg.L-1(r=1.000)内、补骨脂素质量浓度在0.416~16.600 mg.L-1(r=0.9999)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素的回收率分别为99.0%、101.0%,RSD分别为1.5%、1.6%。结论所建立的定量方法适用于强阳保肾丸中淫羊藿苷和补骨脂素的含量测定。

Simultaneous determination of icariin and psoralen in Qiangyang Baoshen pills using HPLC method

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of icariin and psoralen in Qiangyang Baoshen pills(traditional Chinese medicines). Methods The separation was carried out on a Phenomen kromasil C₁₈ column (250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 µm) with acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid(V:V=25 : 75) as eluent, the wavelength was set at 270 nm, the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. Results The linear range of icariin was 0.509-20.400 mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 98.8% with RSD=1.5%; The linear range of psoralen was 0.416-16.600 mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 100.8% with RSD=1.6%. Conclusions This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Qiangyang Baoshen pills.
