| 摘 要： | 目的探讨对ICU中怀疑发生导管相关性感染的患者,其导管尖、导管远段进行细菌学培养的区别。方法分析ICU颈内静脉置管22例患者的导管相关性感染(CRI)情况。结果 13例(59%)患者的培养结果为阴性;9例培养结果阳性的患者中,7例发生了导管相关的血行感染,2例为局部感染。结论导管尖的培养对于血行感染更敏感,而导管近段的培养对局部感染较敏感。

| Abstract: | Obejective To observe the role of culturing from the tip and the tunneled segment of the catheters in jugular catheters. Methods Catheter related infection data of 22 patients with jugular catheters was analyzed. Results 13 patients（59% ） with negative, 9 cases of patients with positive. Among those, 7 eases was catheter related blood stream infected and 2 had local tunnel infection. Conclusion The study demonstrated that catheter tip cultures are sensitive indicators of catheter - related bloodstream infections, while tunneled segment cultures are sensitive in cases of local infections. |
