北京市城八区全科医师岗位培训现状与需求分析

目的了解全科医师岗位培训现状及需求情况,为制订相应的培训策略和方法提供依据。方法采用定性与定量相结合的方法,针对北京市城八区92个社区卫生服务中心、157个社区卫生服务站的492名全科医师进行岗位培训现状及需求调查。结果在所调查对象中,岗位培训率为89.0%;人均培训时间为62.4d;接受过岗位培训的全科医师对目前的培训效果的评价并不高,但对该类培训却有着较高的需求。结论建议加强对培训机构的统一管理,拓展教学内容,强化对社区卫生服务人员的培训,提高人员素质。

Training Present Situation and Demand Analysis about Beijing City General Practitioner On-the-job

Objective To understood the training present situation and the demand situation about general practitioner, provide the basis for the making corresponding training strategy and the method. Method Uses determines the nature of the method which unifies with the quota, in view of Beijing city eight area 92 community health service center, 157 community health service station＇s 492 general practitioner carries in-the-job training present situation and the demand investigation. Result In the investigation object, on-the-job training rate is 89.0%; The average per person training time is 62.4 days; Accepts on-the-job training general practitioner not to be high to the present training effect appraisal, but actually has the high demand to this kind of training. Conclusion Suggested that strengthens to trains the organization the global administration, the development course content, strengthens to community health service personnels＇ training, improves the personnel quality.
