梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD14+单核细胞Toll样受体及其炎性因子的检测

目的分析梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD14⁺单核细胞Toll样受体(TLRs)CD14⁺TLR2、CD14⁺TLR4及其炎性因子的表达水平。方法患者分为梅毒组、转阴组、固定组、对照组,选用流式细胞仪来测定各组患者外周血单核细胞中CD14⁺TLR2、CD14⁺TLR4、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6的浓度含量,并依此进行结果分析。结果在各组患者外周血单核细胞中,CD14⁺TLR2、CD14⁺TLR4、TNF-α、IL-6表达水平在梅毒组中最高,固定组中最低,但与对照组和转阴组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在梅毒血清固定患者外周血单核细胞中出现了CD14⁺TLRs表达明显异常,显示天然免疫屏障功能破坏和后天免疫清除能力下降与梅毒血清固定的形成可能存在联系。

Test of CD14+Monocytes Toll-like Receptors and Cytokines in Peripheral Blood with Serofast Syphilis Patients

Objective In order to explore the expression of CD14⁺monocytes toll-like receptor(TLR)2,TLR4 and cytokines in peripheral blood with serofast syphilis patients.Methods Flow cytometry was used to test the level of CD14⁺TLR2,CD14⁺TLR4,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand interleukin(IL)-6 in monocytes of different patients(serofast,seroconvert,syphilis and control),the results was analyzed.Results In all patients,the level of CD14⁺TLR2,CD14⁺TLR4,TNF-αand IL-6 was the lowest in serofast group,was the highest in syphilis group.There were significant differences(P<0.05)compared to seroconvert and control groups.Conclusion Expression of CD14⁺TLRs receptors is abnormal in monocytes of serofast syphilis,shows that the destruction of natural immune barrier and the decline of acquired immune clearance may be related to the serofast state of syphilis.
