护理干预对血液透析患者诱导期焦虑状态的影响

目的了解护理干预对血液透析患者诱导期焦虑情绪的影响。方法回顾性分析于2010年6月至2011年12月在我院血透室进行血液诱导透析的患者48例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组各24例,对照组患者采用血液透析护理的常规护理方法进行护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上再予以护理干预,对护理干预后的效果进行比较。结果患者焦虑心理普遍存在,观察组在透析第5周后无焦虑16例,对照组8例,两组结果比较,护理干预后患者的焦虑状态与护理干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预使患者的焦虑程度明显减轻,改善患者的心理状态,减少血液透析的并发症,提高血液透析患者的生存质量。

Nursing Intervention on the Induction of Anxiety State in Hemodialysis Patients

Objective To understand the nursing intervention of anxiety induced by the impact of hemodialysis patients.Methods Retrospective analysis of blood induced by dialysis hemodialysis room in our hospital in June 2010 to 2011in December,48 cases were randomly divided into 24 cases of the control group and observation group and control group were treated with hemodialysis care routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of the control group of conventional care to be nursing intervention nursing intervention effect.Results In patients with anxiety widespread observation group after dialysis five weeks of anxiety of 16 cases,eight cases in the control group,two sets of results,nursing intervention status and care of the patient＇s anxiety before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusions Nursing intervention to make the patient＇s anxiety level reduced significantly improve patients＇ mental state,to reduce the complications of hemodialysis,and improve the quality of life ofhe modialysis patients.
