北京市石景山区居民健康知识水平及影响因素研究

目的了解北京市石景山区居民健康知识水平状况。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法对石景山区803名的居民进行问卷调查，对数据进行X2和Logistic分析。结果基本卫生防病知识的知晓率为86．7％，基本卫生防病行为的形成率为75．9％，重点卫生防病知识的知晓率为82．3％。女性卫生防病知识知晓率（基本85．5％，重点84．4％）和卫生行为形成率（80．1％）均高于男性；高年龄段者基本知识和行为均高于低年龄段者；知晓率和形成率随着文化程度提高而升高；收入在2000～3999元之间较高；差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。多因素分析显示基本卫生防病知识影响因素是性别（OR=2．32）和年龄（OR=1．38）；行为影响因素是性别（OR=1．81）、年龄（OR=1．19）和家庭人均月收入（OR=1．21）；重点知识影响因素是性别（OR=2．00）和家庭月收入（OR=0．77）。结论今后的工作中要加强对低年龄、低收入重点人群的健康教育，提高他们的健康意识。

Awareness rate and influence factors of health knowledge among inhabitants of Shijingshan District,Beijing

Objective To explore status of health knowledge among inhabitants in Shijingshan District. Methods A questionnaire survey on health knowledge was conducted among 803 inhabitants. X2 test and logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results The awareness rate of basic health knowledge was 86. 7%. The prevalence rate of basic health behavior was 75. 9%. And the awareness rate of key health knowledge was 82. 3%. The awareness rate of health knowledge and prevalence rate of basic health behavior in women were higher than those in men. Except the awareness rate of key health knowledge, the awareness rate of basic health knowledge and prevalence rate of health behavior in older were higher than these in younger. Awareness and prevalence rates were increased with higher education level （P 〈 0.05 ）. People whose incoming were between 2000 to 3999 Yuan per month had the highest rates （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Multivariate logistic analy- sis showed that gender （ OR = 2. 32） and age （ OR = 1.38） were influence factors of awareness of basic health knowledge. Gender （ OR = 1.81 ）, age （ OR = 1.19） and income （ OR = 1.21 ） were the influence factors of prevalence of basic health behavior. Gender （ OR = 2.00）, income （ OR = 0.77 ） were the influence factors of the awareness rate of key health knowledge. Conclusion Health education and health promotion should be enhanced to improve awareness rate of health knowledge among people.
