叶酸对慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液pH值的影响研究

目的探讨叶酸对慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液pH值的影响。方法选取2010年11月-2012年6月于本院进行常规治疗的58例慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者为对照组，同期采用常规治疗加叶酸进行治疗的58例患者为观察组，比较两组患者治疗前后的胃液pH值。结果观察组治疗后6周及12周pH〉7．07及pH3．5-7．0者比例均低手对照组，且观察组治疗12周后不同严重程度者均低于对照组，P均〈0．05，有显著性差异。结论叶酸对慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性患者胃液pH值的影响较大，对于慢性萎缩性胃炎幽门螺杆菌阳性者有积极的临床治疗作用。

Study on the influence of folic acid for the gastric juice pH value of helicobacter pylori positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To study the influence of folic acid for the gastric juice pH value of helicobacter pylori positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 58 helicobacter pylori positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who were treated with routine treatment from November 2010 to June 2012 were selected as control group, and 58 patients who were treated with routine treatment and folic acid at the same time were selected as observation group, then the gastric juice pH value of two groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The rates of pH〉7.0 and pH3.5-7.0 of observation group after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were all lower than those of control group, and those of observation group with different severity were all lower than those of control group, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The influence of folic acid for the gastric juice pH value of helicobacter pylori positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis is bigger, and it plays an active effect for treatment of helicobacter pylori positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.
