中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎随机对照临床研究

目的]探讨中医综合治疗溃肠性结肠炎临床效果。方法]对我院2008年2月至2010年10月共收治60例溃肠性结肠炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用中医综合治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗2个疗程进行判定疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率83.33%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]中医综合治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著,值得临床推广使用。

TCM Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective] Investigate Comprehensive TCM treatment by intestinal colitis clinical effect.Methods] In our hospital from 2008 February to 2010 October,we have treated 60 cases of intestinal ulcer colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group by Comprehensive TCM treatment,while the control group mainly by western medicine,and observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results] The two groups of patients with ulcerative colitis treatment that: treatment group of 30 cases 24 cases accounted for 80%,effective in 4 cases accounted for 13.33%,the total efficiency of 93.3%,and Western medicine treatment of 10 cases accounted for 33.33%,effective in 15 cases accounted for 50%,the total efficiency of 83.3%,comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine than western medicine treatment obviously,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion] Integrated TCM treatment of ulcerative colitis significant effect,is worth the clinical promoted the use of.
