| 摘 要： | 秋水仙胺滴眼液对１８只家兔的高眼压模型具有明显的降压作用，与用药前比较平均降压幅度为１．２０ｋＰａ。临床上对１６名健康志愿者及３１例青光眼病人进行了滴药的药效观察，结果表明用药３０ｍｉｎ后出现显著的降压作用，６ｈ作用最大，２４ｈ后仍具有治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Colchicine eyedrops possess significant effect on decreasing eye pressure with everage of 1.20 kPa in 18 rabbits.Sixteen healthy volunteers and 31 glaucoma patients were given one drop of colchicine solution.The results showed that the eye pressure decreased within 30 min reached the peak effect after 6 h and the effect still maintained in 24 h. |
