可回收式支架治疗贲门失弛缓症的临床研究

目的探讨可回收式支架治疗贲门失弛缓症的疗效。 方法对29例贲门失弛缓症患者置入可回收式支架，15—21天后取出，观察术前、术后贲门黏膜、通畅程度的变化，并选择本院贲门失弛缓症行气囊扩张术患者对复发时间长短作对比分析。 结果置入可回收式支架组无复发者；气囊扩张组复发时间最短1月，最长6月，平均2．2±0．6月。 结论可回收式支架治疗贲门失弛缓症，疗效满意，并发症少，可以替代气囊扩张术。

The Clinical Study on The Treatment of Achalasia of Cardia with Recyclable Stent

Objective：To invastigate the effect of recyclable stent on achalasia of cardia.
Methods： 29 patients with achalasia of cardia were placed with recyclable stents and extracted 15 to 21 days later. The changes of cardiac mucosa and smoothness pre- and post-operation were observed. The recurrence time was compared with t he aerocyst expanding patients.
Results： No recurrence was observed in patients with recyclable stents; while the aerocyst expanding patients recurred in period from lmonth to 6 month after treatment,with a mean recurrent time 2.2 ± 0.6 months.
Conclusion：The recyclable stent to treat patients with achalasia of cardia is satisfactory, effective, few complications and it can replaces therapy with aerocyst expanding.
