| 摘 要： | 本文就12例室间隔缺损（VSD）合并动脉导管未闭（PDA）的临床资料进行分析，提出了VSD病人可能合并PDA的诊断依据，并就手术方法和手术期治疗进行讨论。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience in management of ventricular septal defect(VSD)with patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Methods From 1990 to 2000,12 patients of VSD with PDA underwent surgical correction.Conclusions single-stage operation on VSD and PDA is recommended.The proper diagnosis,perioperative management and surgical correction are important factors influencing surgical results. |
