蒲公英超微细粉体显微特征观察

摘    要:目的 :对蒲公英超微细粉体组织进行观察研究。方法 :用撞式气流粉碎机对蒲公英进行细胞级超微粉碎 ;对照常规粉碎细粉 ,用显微观察法对其组织特征进行观察。结果 :蒲公英经超微粉碎后 ,显微镜下观察基本无完整细胞存在。结论 :全草类药材蒲公英经超微粉碎可使细胞破壁 ,可能使其细胞内的各类有效成分充分暴露 ,迅速释放。

Abstract:Objective: To observe and study mi cr oscopic characteristics of Herba Taraxaci ultramicro_power.Method: Herba Taraxacum mongolici was porphyrized into cell_level ultramicro_prower with knock on pneumatic bucher. Its tissue characteristics were observed with microscope, which are contrasted with those of the powder ground with the commo n grinding methods. Result: It was found that nearly no complet ed cells exist after ultramicro_porphyrized under a microscope. Co nclusion: When the whole herb of Taraxaci is ultramicro_porphyrized, its cell wall is broken, and all kinds of effective compositions in its cells are f ully exposed and released rapidly.
