滑动加压鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折87例临床分析

目的 探讨滑动加压鹅头钉治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用滑动加压鹅头钉内因定治疗股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折。结果 本组８７例，术后随访１～４年，疗效满意。结论 滑动加压鹅头钉为股骨粗隆间粉碎性骨折较好的内固定物，在无术中影像学定位的情况下，其定位方法亦有一定规律，小粗隆部的碎片，应行固定或植骨。

Treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture with dynamic hip screw

Objective To evaluate the results of treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture by dynamic hip screw(DHS).Methods 87 patients with comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture were treated with DHS.Results The patients were followed up from one to four years.Post operative outcome was satisfactory.Conclusion The presnt authors consider that DHS is the optimal implant for treatment of comminuted intertrochanteric femoral fracture at preasent.There are certain methods for improving the accuracy of reduction and fixation in operation.It is necessary to fix the lesser trochanter or to graft bone in order to reconstruct integrity of the compressed cortex.
