| Abstract: | This paper discusses the significance of nurturing creative talents of Chinese medicine and summarizes teaching reform experience and measures practiced in other medical schools. The writer suggests nurturing talents by means of helping students master specialty knowledge, stimulating students to come up with creative ideas, arousing students' curiosity and training their exploring spirit, helping students trust in themselves and conquer difficulties, etc. |
