| 摘 要： | 研究了48例儿童语言发育障碍和30例正常儿童的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)变化.结果显示,儿童语言发育障碍患者的BAEP有明显改变,语言障碍的程度与BAEP异常成正比关系.可鉴别耳蜗及蜗后病变,作脑干病变定性.BAEP可列入儿童语言发育障碍的常规检查项目.

| Abstract: | Brain-stem auditory evoded potential were determind in 48 patients with speech retardation of childhood from 1.1-9.0yrs of age and in 30 healthy children of same age. The results show that BAEP in the patient were significant change as compared to controls. Differentiate of coehlears may involve retrocochlearly or disorder of Brain-stem. These methods would become routine diagnostic assays of speech retardation of children. |
