| 摘 要： | 对33例初诊骨髓增生异常综合征病人的骨髓涂片及骨髓活检进行分析,表明涂片在初诊筛选中能对MDS作出诊断,而骨髓活检对判断增生度,显示各系病态造血,提供预后信息及确诊MDS合并骨髓纤维化中意义重大,后者对前者起补充、修正的作用.

| Abstract: | The significance of bone marrow smears and bone marrow biopsy was evaluated in diagnosis of 33 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS). The result indicated that bone marrow smears could make the diagnosis of de novo MDS, and bone marrow biopsy showed signifIcance in judging cellularity, displaying qualitative abnormalities of erythroid, myeloid and megakaryocytic maturation, providing prognostic messages and confirmign MDS complicated with myelofibrosis. The latter may amend and replenish the former. |
