基于集成共享的数据中心建设

区域卫生信息平台建设的基础是数据中心建设，数据中心建设的核心是整合、共享与信息服务。河北省卫生厅的数据中心建设。建立在公共卫生信息资源规划基础上，在顶层设计、资源共享的建设理念指导下，分析全厅卫生业务需求，重点考虑了基础设施、服务能力和数据资源的整合共享与信息服务。在数据中心设计中，采用了SOA架构和数据库、应用服务器集成技术。有效实现计算能力整合、数据整合、流程整合、门户整合及商务智能平台展现服务。
