大学生毕业后与非大学生住院精神分裂症患者临床特征配对比较

为了解毕业后大学生精神分裂症患者与非大学生患者在临床表现的异同，调查了大学毕业后走上工作岗位3年内患精神分裂症41位住院病人，与同期住院的非大学生病人作配对比较，发现两组病人在阳性家族史、病前个性等方面相近，大学生组病前生活事件强度、思维内容障碍明显高于非大学生组，疗程较非大学生组长，显效率亦明显高于非大学生组。提示处理好大学生毕业分配问题，在进入社会的头三年，切实关心他们的工作、学习和生活十分必要。

Comparison of Matched Pairs on Clinical Characteristics of Schizophrenia in College and Non-Colleg-Students

To compare with the similarities and differences of the clinical symptoms of schizophrenia in the graduate college students and the non college students. Method A comparison of matched pairs was given to 41 hospitalized college students with schizophrenia who have worked for three years after their graduation and the non-college students admitted at the same time. Results The results showed that the two groups were similar in the positive family history and personality before getting sick, but the intensity of life events and the thinking disorder in the college student group were markedly higher than those in the non-college student group, the course of treatment of the former was longer than that of the latter, the effectual rate of the former was also higher than that of the latter.Conclusion It suggests that it is neccessary to arrange well college students' job assignment on graduation and pay much attention to their work, study and life in their first three years of working.
