子宫脱垂与阴道膨出SUI的手术治疗临床观察

目的:探讨尿道后韧带褥式缝合术对张力性尿失禁的治疗效果。方法:91例子宫脱垂与阴道膨出合并张力性尿失禁36例,在修补阴道前壁同时行尿道后韧带褥式缝合术。结果:跟踪随访12~36个月,治愈率46%,好转率27%,有效率12%,复发率15%。结论:尿道后韧带褥式缝合术对治疗张力性尿失禁术式简单,操作方便,不需要特殊材料,术后无明显并发症,但治愈率低,随着时间的推移易复发,临床效果不理想。

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Surgical Procedures on Hysteroptosis and Vaginal Protrusion Complicated with SUI

Objective:To find out the therapeutic effect of posterior urethral syndesmorrhaphy on stress urine incontinence. Methods:For 91 cases of hysteroptosis and vaginal protrusion, among which 36 cases are complicated with stress incontinence, surgical procedures were performed both by repairing the anterior wall of vagina and by carrying out posterior urethral syndesmorrhaphy at the same time. Results: Follow-up survey after 12-36 months showed that the cure rate is 46%, the improvement rate, 27%, the effectiveness rate, 12%, and the recurrence rate, 15%. Conclusion: Posterior urethral syndesmorrhaphy is a simple and easy operation for SUI, which can be performed without any special material and brings no major complications to the patient. However, its therapeutic effect is far from satisfaction due to its low cure rate and high recurrence rate.
