| 摘 要： | 目的：评价3种治疗小儿肺炎方案的成本一效果，为临床提供最佳治疗方案：方法：采用回顾性研究方法，运用药物经济学的成本一效果分析法，对3种治疗方案进行成本与效果分析。结果：3种治疗方案效果无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。治疗成本分别为3352、16元、3091．58元、2959．83元；总有效率分别为95．45％、90．43％、93．75％；每增加一个单位效果其增加的成本分别为35．12元、34．19元、31．57元。结论：C方案为治疗小儿肺炎最佳方案？

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the cost - effectiveness of three therapeutic schemes for children＇ s pneumonia for clinical reference. METHODS： The pharmacoeconomic cost- effectiveness analysis was conducted on the three therapeutic regimens by a retrospective study. RESULTS： No significant difference was noted in effectiveness among the three groups （ P 〉 0.05）. The total costs for the three schemes were 3 352.16 yuan, 3 091.58 yuan and 2 959.83 yuan, respectively; the total effective rates were 95.45%, 90.43% and 93.75%, respectively. The incremental costs for increase of each unit of effectiveness were 35.12 yuan, 34.19 yuan and 31.57 yuan, respectively. CONCLUSION： Therapeutic regimen C is optimal for children＇s pneumonia. |
