| 摘 要： | 目的建立中成药消炎片中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(磷酸调pH值为2.7)(40∶60);检测波长:275nm;流速:l.0mL/min。结果黄芩苷在0.2010~0.7042μg线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为1.24%(n=5)。结论该方法准确可靠,可用于本制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiaoyan tablet.MethodsDiamonsil C18 Column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was used.The mobile phase was methanol-0.2 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(40∶60,adjusting the pH value with phosphoric acid).The detection wavelength was 275 nm at a flow rate of l.0 mL/min.ResultsThere was good linearity of baicalin in 0.201 0~0.704 2 μg(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery was 98.1%,RSD was 1.24%(n=5).ConclusionThe method is reliable,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of xiaoyan tablet. |
