更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎疗效观察

目的:观察更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎的临床疗效。方法:对符合婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎诊断的43例患儿分为更昔洛韦治疗组(23例)和对照组(20例)进行治疗,并对临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:更昔洛韦治疗组,血清总胆红素下降,ALT、GGT下降,肝脾回缩,治疗前后与对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);AKP下降,治疗前后与对照组比较无统计学意义;应用更昔洛韦治疗血CMV-lgM的总阴转率为78.26%,显著高于对照组30.00%。结论:更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎,退黄、护肝作用明显,安全有效。

Effect of treating infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis with ganciclovir

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treating infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis with ganciclovir.Methods: Forty three infant patients with cytomegalovirus hepatitis were divided into two groups,study group(23 cases) and control group(20 cases),patients in study group were treated with ganciclovir,patients in control group were treated with conventional regimen,the clinical data were analyzed with statistics.Results: Some examinations of patients in the study group after therapy were: total serumbilirubin,ALT and GGT decreased,enlarged liver and spleen shrank to normal,compared them with those before therapy,there were significant differences(P<0.01;AKP decreased,there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after therapy.After therapy,the negative rate of CMV-lgM in study group and control group were 78.26% and 30.0% respectively.Conclusion: Treating infant cytomegalovirus hepatitis with ganciclovir is safe and effective,can obviously decrease total serum bilirubin and protect liver function.
