小瞳孔下ERG测定的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨不宜扩瞳患者或无法扩瞳患者能否作ERG测定。方法用蓝、白、红3种刺激光在基本记录条件不变,只改变光刺激强度,对扩瞳和不扩瞳情况的3组患者进行 ERG测定。结果 同一条件下大瞳孔测得的ERG与小瞳孔测得的ERG,其潜时相同,振幅有差别,当闪光能量达到一定强度时,这种差别就不那么明显了。结论一定强度闪光可用于青光眼患者和虹膜粘连患者的ERG测定。

Abstract:Aim To find out whether electroretinography (ERG) can be conducted for patients in whom pupil dilation is unsuitable or inapplicable. Methods ERG testing was performed for patients with mydriatic pupils and small pupils in photopic conditions (blue, white, and red flashes). Except the flash intensity, all the other basic recording conditions remained constant. Results The latency of ERG responses under the same conditions did not differ significantly between patients with mydriatic pupils and small pupils, but the amplitude differed significantly. The amplitude did not differ significantly when the flash intensity reached a fairly high level. Conclusion ERG testing by a fairly high level flash intensity can be used for patients with glaucoma and synechia iridis.
