| 摘 要： | 目的 探索男性除皱术的特点。方法 根据男性面部皮肤及毛发分布特点，对男性除皱术的切口部位皮瓣设计作了改进。结果 自1995～2000年，共行面部除皱术25例，年龄37～68岁，随访1～24个月，效果基本满意。结论 通过改进切口设计及皮拉分离技术，男性除皱术能取得面部年轻化的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the procedure of male face lift. Methods According to the distribution features of skin and hair in the male face, the flap assigment at the incision point was improved. Results From 1995 to 2000,25 cases of male facelift were performed, aged from 37 to 68. Postoperative follow up of 1 to 24 months showed the results were satisfactory. Conclusion Male face lift has satisfactory rejuvenation results by improving the incision design and skin lifting technique. |
