| 摘 要： | 目的：对上海市浦东新区浦兴社区卫生服务中心2013年度门诊抗菌药物使用情况进行调查分析，为临床合理用药提供可靠的参考依据。方法利用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日计量（DDD）法进行计算，采用频率排序法进行分析；并随机抽取2013年度该中心门诊包括内科、外科、妇科、伤科、口腔科等科室临床诊疗过程中需使用抗菌药物的处方500张，从抗菌药物分类、销售金额及各类抗菌药物用药频度（DDDs）值排序、使用情况等进行用药合理性分析。结果在调查的20种药物中，β-内酰胺类注射用盐酸头孢替安、头孢克洛缓释片及大环内酯类红霉素肠溶胶囊使用频次较高，且单一用药比例较高，达75.4%，联合用药比例低于30.0%。结论上海市浦东新区浦兴社区卫生服务中心抗菌药物品种选择基本合理，临床医生严格遵循抗菌药物的临床使用原则，联合用药比例较低，符合《抗菌药物临床管理办法》等相关文件的精神。
