| 摘 要： | 目的·· :了解药物滥用者HIV、HBV、HCV和梅毒感染情况 ,为降低危害提供依据。方法·· :对95例药物滥用者进行血清学检查。结果·· :HIV检测结果均为阴性 ,HBV阳性10例 ,其中8例为静脉注射毒品者(IDUS) ,占IDUS的19.0% ,HCV阳性24例 ,全部为IDUS ,占IDUS的57.1% ,梅毒阳性3例。结论·· :药物滥用者是HIV、HBV、HCV、梅毒感染的高危人群 ,应对此群体加强血清学检测及健康知识教育

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the situation of HIV,HBV,HCV and syphilis infection among heroin abusers and provide basic data for harm reduction. Method: Serum test was carried out in 95 heroin abusers. Result: No anti-HIV positive cases were detected. There were 10 anti-HBV positive cases(8 cases were IDUS),24 anti-HCV positive cases(all were IDUS) and 3 syphilis positive cases detected in the whole samples. Conclusion: Drug abusers are high risk group of HIV,HBV,HCV and syphilis infection. Serum detection and health education should be carried out among this population. |
