| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年糖尿病患者脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平变化的临床意义。方法 测定50例老年糖尿病患者和28例糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的Lp(a)和纤维蛋白原(Fbg)含量。结果 糖尿病组及糖尿病合并脑梗死患者较正常组Lp(a)、Fbg显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病患者体内存在高凝状态,Fbg和Lp(a)水平升高与糖尿病血管并发症的发生和发展密切相关,易致血栓形成。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)]and fibrinogen(Fbg)in old diabetic mellitus(DM). Methods The levels of serum Lp(a) ,Fbg were measured in a group of elderly DM and its control. Results The DM groups with and without cerebral infraction had higher values than the control in the following parameters:Lp(a) ,Fbg(P <0.05). Patients with cerebral infraction also had higher values of Lp(a), Fbg(P < 0.05) than the DM groups. Conclusion There are increased coagulation, decreased fibrinolysis activities in the eldly patients with DM,especially with cerebral infraction. Combined with increased Lp(a) ,these may aggravate pathophyssiological process. All these changes have close relationship with the vascular complications of DM and its severity. |
