角膜地形图仪和角膜曲率计测量角膜屈光力的差异分析

目的探讨角膜地形图仪和角膜曲率计测量角膜屈光力两者之间的差异。方法对 331眼近视病人先用角膜地形图仪测量病人的角膜屈光力 ,再用带曲率计的自动电脑验光仪测量角膜屈光力 ,并进行统计学分析。结果使用角膜地形图仪测量角膜屈光力平均为 4 4 .10± 1.5 7D ,使用角膜曲率计测量角膜屈光力平均为 4 3.2 5± 1.5 5D ,差异有非常显著意义 (t=9.98,p<0 .0 0 1) ,散光度及轴向差异无显著意义。结论作LASIK等手术不宜将角膜曲率计作为检查角膜屈光力的主要手段和依据 ,应使用角膜地形图仪进行测量 ,以免影响手术的选择及精确手术结果的预测。

Analysis of measuring corneal refractive power by corneal topographer compared with by keratometer

Objective To validate the difference of corneal topographer for measuring corneal refractive power comparing with keratometer. Methods In 331 eyes corneal refractive power was obtained using corneal topographer and auto ref/keratometer, respectively. Two methods were compared by statistic analysis. Results Mean values of corneal refractive power obtained by corneal topographer and keratometer was 44.1±1.57 D, 43.25±1.55 D,respectively. There was significant difference between the values using corneal topographer and keratometer ( t=9.98,p<0.001). There was no difference between astigmatism and axes. Conclusions This suggests the use of corneal topographer have more accurately and precisely undergone in LASIK, corneal refractive power should be mainly measured by corneal topographer rather than keratometer.
