骨和软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤(附12例报告)

本文报告12例骨和软组织恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。男8例,女4例。年龄13～60岁,平均31岁。原发于骨和软组织者各6例,X线表现依部位不同而异。原发于骨者,主要表现为骨破坏,据骨破坏的形式可分为三型:多房性骨破坏型;溶骨破坏型及弥漫虫蚀破坏型。发生于软组织的MFH,表现为一非特异性肿块,邻近骨正常或受累,受累时表现为局部骨膜反应或骨皮质侵蚀。

Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma of Bone and Soft Tissue (Report of 12 Cases)

12 histiogically proved cases of malignant fibrous histicytoma of bone and soft tissue. were presented. There were 8 males and 4 females. The age of the Patients ranged from 13 to 60 years (mean, 31 years). Origins of tumor: the bone in 6 and extraosseous soft tissue in 6. The presences radiologically were varied with primary location. Primary MFH of bone had roentgen evidence of bone destruction. There were 3 types according to the form of bone destruction: multilocular destructive type; osteolytic destructive type and diffusive moth-eaten destructive type. MFH in extraosseous soft tissue appear as a nonspecific mass, adamant skeletons were normal or involved(including periosteal reaction of cortical erosions).
