丹蜈汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变50例临床观察

目的:观察丹蜈汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组使用丹蜈汤,对照组使用甲钴胺片+胰激肽原酶。观察症状及实验室指标,治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。结果:治疗组症状、实验室指标治疗后均有不同程度改善,均优于对照组。治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论:丹蜈汤对糖尿病周围神经病变有良好的疗效和安全性。

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases of Danwu Decoction in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

Objective：To observe the effect of Danwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method：100 Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases each group.The treatment group used Danwu decoction,the control group used Mecobalamin tablets and pancreatic kininogenase.Observed the symptoms and assistant departments index after 2 courses.Results：Symptoms and assistant department index in the treatment group after treatment were improved,and were better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：Danwu decoction has good efficacy and safety on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
