祛瘀化浊颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的:通过观察祛瘀化浊颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响,探讨祛瘀化浊颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机制。方法:运用祛瘀化浊颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝患者40例(治疗组),并与对照组(多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗脂肪肝)患者40例作对照,观察治疗前后肝功能、肝/脾CT值、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果:治疗组总有效率为85.0%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均能明显改善患者胰岛素抵抗指数,两组比较P<0.05,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:改善胰岛素抵抗是祛瘀化浊颗粒治疗脂肪肝的可能机制。

The Effects of Insulin Resistance for Using Quyu Huazhuo on Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective：Through the observation Quyu Huazhuo particle on insulin resistance （IR） of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,Discusse the mechanism on treating nonalcoholic fatty liver .Methods：Patients were divided into treatment group and control group,observed liver,liver/spleen CT value,insulin resistance index before and after treatment.Results：Treatment group total effective rate was 85.0%,the control group total effective rate was 82.5%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）,two groups of all could significantly improve patients with insulin resistance index,two groups of comparisons P0.05,the curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion：Improving insulin resistance is Quyu Huazhuo particle treatment possible mechanisms of fatty liver .
