| 摘 要： | 本文对13例胸腰椎骨折经椎弓根外固定治疗术后的50枚螺钉进行位置分析.内容涉及在CT片上测量螺钉角度及螺钉与椎弓根管壁的关系.结果显示:有56%的螺钉位置正确;有44%螺钉存在一些不足,但均未破坏椎弓根的解剖结构.同时,还讨论了CT片间接测量法,认为该方法与其他直接测量方法相比,具有相当的优越性.

| Abstract: | Postoperative CT examination of 13 patients with fractures of the thoracolumbar and lumbar spine were analyzed for the location of 50 screws of the transpedicular external fixation. It includes the angles of insertion ,and the screws pedicle diameters. The results were considered excellent in 56 percent of all screws. 44 percent of all pedicles were instrumented with acceptable deviations from the anatomic axes. At the same time, the indirect method in CT was discussed and considered much better than those direct measurement. |
