| 摘 要： | 用放射免疫分析及核团微量注射法,探讨了大鼠蓝斑核区内源性神经降压素对迷走-加压反应的影响。实验结果,电刺激双侧颈迷走神经向中端,蓝斑核区神经降压素免疫活性物的含量明显增高(P<0.05);蓝斑核区注入抗神经降压素血清,迷走-加压反应明显加强(P<0.01)。提示大鼠蓝斑核区内源性神经降压素对迷走-加压反应有抑制作用。

| Abstract: | By means of radioimmunoassay and nucleus microinjections we studied the effectof endogenous neurotensin on vagus.pressor response in rat nucleus locus coeruleusThe results are as follows:the content of the neurotensin-immunoreaction wasobviously increased near the central end of the vagus nerve stimulation (P<0.05)The vagus.pressor reaction was significantly potentiated by antineurotensin seruminjection to nucleus locus coeruleus (P<0.01).The results indicate that endogenousneurotensin in rat nucleus locus coeruleus inhibits vagus-pressor response. |
