| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的疗效及并发症的预防.方法 对收治的326例鼻中隔偏曲患者行鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术的临床资料进行总结分析.结果 326例患者均一次矫正满意,无一例发生并发症.结论 鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正术疗效满意,手术损伤小,出血少,手术时间短,并发症少,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the of curative effect of nasal septum reconsotructioin by nasalendoslope rewnstruction and its complications prevention. Methods 326 cases of nasal septum deviation patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septal reconstruction were analyzed. Results 326 cases of patients were satisfied with a reconstruction, no complications occurred in these patients. Conclusions The curative effect of the endoscopic nasal septum surgery is satisfactory and has the advantages of shorter operation time, less amount of bleeding and fewer complications after operation. So its worthy of clinic application. |
