婚前医学检查意愿分析

目的:了解强制性婚检取消后海淀区部分准备结婚者对婚前医学检查的认知状况,为改善婚前医学检查状况提供依据。方法:2004年10~12月,以问卷形式调查在海淀区妇幼保健院进行婚前医学检查的65人和海淀区民政局婚姻登记处登记结婚的461人。结果:进行婚检最主要的原因是为对方负责(62.5%)和为了优生优育(26.1%);未进行婚检的主要原因是没有时间(33.4%)和刚参加过单位常规体检(32.6%)。婚检人群对待婚检的态度更积极,差别有统计学意义(χ2=33.68,P<0.05)。结论:政府和卫生部门应加强对婚检意义的宣传,加强对婚检服务的扶持,通过提高人们对婚检的认知水平、改善婚前保健服务来促进自愿婚检的行为。

The analysis on current premarriage medical examination in Haidian district

Objective:To investigate current willingness toward premarriage examination in Haidian District after the compulsory pre-marriage medical examination was annulled,and to provide suggestions for improvement.Methods:A sample of 526 people,who undertook premarriage medical examination at HaiDian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital or marriage registration at the Civil Administration Bureau of Haidian District between October and December 2004,were investigated by questionnaire.Results:The major reasons for taking the premarriage medical examination were 'being responsible for the partner'(62.5%) and 'feeling a duty to the next generation'(26.1%).The reasons for not taking the premarriage examination are mainly lack of time(33.4%) or having taken routine medical examination recently.The population receiving premarriage examination were more likely to hold a positive attitude toward premarriage examination(χ2=33.68,P<0.05).Conclusion:The government and health institutions should strengthen education on significance of premarriage medical examination,improve premarriage health care service and accessibility,thereby improving the prospective couples' willingness to undertake the medical examination before marriage.
