马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

目的：观察马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗死（ACI）的疗效。方法：急性脑梗塞86例，随机分为两组：两组患者除给予常规治疗外，治疗组44例给予马来酸桂哌齐特注射液240mg加入生理盐水250mL静脉滴注，每日一次：对照组42例给予复方丹参20mL加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注，每日一次。两组患者均治疗15d后进行疗效评定．并对治疗前后凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板粘附率及血脂等生化指标进行对比分析。结果：治疗组基本治愈率68％明显高于对照组的36％（P〈0．01），且马来酸桂哌齐特的抗凝降纤作用明显。结论：马来酸桂哌齐特治疗急性脑梗塞安全有效。

The Clinical Research of Cinepazide Maleate in Treating Patients with AcuteCerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the effect of Cinepazide maleate in Treating patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: 86 cases of ACI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 42 cases. 44 cases treated by Cinepazide maleate as treatment group and 42 cases treated by compasitae radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection (CRSMI) as control group. Besides given route treatment in all patients, Cinepazide maleate 240mg +0.9%NS 250 mL and CRSMI 20 mL+0.9%NS 500 mL,iv drip, qd ,in both the treatment and the control group for 15 days. Results: There were significant difference in the curative rate (68% vs 36%,P < 0.01) between treatment group and control group. Conclusion: Cinepazide maleate is an effective and safety medicine in treatment the patients with ACI.
